Laura Wibberley Discusses COVID-19 Vaccinations and Government Mandates in Recent CBA@theBar Article

Associate Laura Wibberley recently addressed the topic of COVID-19 vaccines beyond the clinical trial phase and whether they can be required by the government in “COVID-19 Vaccinations: Can the Government Mandate?” as published in CBA@theBar.

In the article, Laura outlined the various laws in place that mandate certain immunizations in the interest of public health and safety and notes the few exceptions to these laws, including valid medical reasons or religious beliefs.
