Andrea Kott and Patrick Viktora Secure Not Guilty Verdict for Emergency Room Physician and Chicagoland Hospital Clients

The case involved allegations of failing to diagnose a perirectal abscess, resulting in necrotizing fasciitis/Fournier’s gangrene, extensive debridement surgery and a permanent colostomy.

Exactly two weeks after getting assigned out for trial at the Daley Center, the plaintiff’s attorney asked the jury for $7,165,171.35. The jury returned a not guilty verdict in favor of the defendants after deliberating for one and a half hours. Andrea and Patrick were also assisted by Laura Wibberley.
