Anne Brochmann

Anne Brochmann concentrates her practice in civil litigation with a focus on defending health care institutions and individual healthcare professionals in claims of medical and professional negligence. She represents clients in state and federal trial courts through all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial. She has a particular interest in substantive motion practice in complex cases and appellate advocacy and has successfully argued cases in both the First District Appellate Court and Illinois Supreme Court. Ms. Brochmann is additionally experienced defending municipal liability claims and federal civil rights litigation. She began her legal career as a Cook County Assistant State’s Attorney and tried over 50 criminal bench and jury trials.
