Timothy represents healthcare professionals and facilities in issues involving medical malpractice, personal injury, and long-term care negligence. Prior to entering law school, he was a registered nurse at a hospital. He provided care to patients who suffered from various medical, surgical, and behavioral conditions.

Timothy graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law with certificates in Health Law and Compliance Studies. As a student, he was a legal intern for a large pharmacy chain, a staff member of Annals of Health Law and Life Sciences, and a judicial extern for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
