Patrick Viktora

Mr. Viktora concentrates his practice in civil litigation with an emphasis on medical malpractice defense, representing physicians, nurses, and hospitals in complex litigation. He also handles cases involving pharmaceutical liability, premises liability, product liability, and claims of physician-patient sexual abuse. In addition to handling all stages of litigation, Mr. Viktora also handles pre-suit investigations of potential high-risk claims. Mr. Viktora has repeatedly been recognized as an Emerging Lawyer by Leading Lawyer Magazine, which recognizes the top 2% of lawyers under 40 years old. In addition, he has been selected by Super Lawyers as an Illinois Rising Star, a distinction that recognizes no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in the state.

Mr. Viktora received his J.D., with a certificate in business law, magna cum laude, from DePaul University College of Law. He was inducted into the legal academic honor society Order of the Coif, as well as the Order of Barristers for excellence in written and oral advocacy. While at DePaul, he served as President of the DePaul Moot Court Society. Mr. Viktora also served as a judicial extern in the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals for the Honorable William J. Bauer.
